Why should I install non-proprietary equipment?

All of FEDERAL ELEVATOR, INC.'s installations include non-proprietary elevator controllers. Non-proprietary elevator controllers allow for universal service and repair of our elevators and does not handcuff the customer to inflated maintenance, repair and parts costs charged by some of our competitors. We work with general contractors and related trades throughout the construction process to ensure a seamless installation.

What do you get with a FEDERAL ELEVATOR, INC. installation?

All elevators installed by FEDERAL ELEVATOR, INC. include standard state permits, a one-year manufacturer's warranty, a one-year warranty maintenance program, wiring and owner's manuals and a final acceptance test performed by a state official.
